Excel Housing Solutions are looking for a full time Team Leader to join our Offenders team.

As well as supporting our clients, the successful candidate will also be required to support the Service Manager / Operations Director as necessary.

The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible and must be able to handle all situations that arise due to the nature of our clients. We are looking for individuals who are innovative and assertive with a positive attitude.

The successful applicant will work in partnership with statutory agencies to reduce the risk of homelessness, health issues, offending, and to reduce the risk of harm to the community.

What You’ll Do

To work alongside the Service Manager / Operations Director in the effective management of the service in relation to both Service Users, and Staff, with the objective of providing a comprehensive service. A key requirement will be to oversee the projects on a day-to-day basis ensuring that staff members are supported to address issues as they arise. This role also includes helping with the development of the service and attending multi agency meetings that would promote the service and the needs of the client group. You will be required to work appropriate shift patterns on a 24hr, 7 day a week basis that may include weekend working, on call duties.

Hours: 35 hours per week across Monday to Sunday and includes working weekends / bank holidays on a rota basis between the hours of 9am and 9pm.
