Excel Housing Solutions are seeking applications for a new team member for our Floating Support team. The role is providing support to clients across South Ribble and surrounding areas. The role will be hybrid, and all equipment will be provided. The role involves attending meeting with clients, colleagues or support services as and when required.
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic forward-thinking applicant, who will support our clients in line with our ethos.
The ideal candidate should be organised, flexible, and capable of managing client-related situations. We seek innovative, assertive individuals with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in this role is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, effective communication with clients in a focused and solution-oriented manner is essential. Applications from individuals with lived experiences and minority groups are highly encouraged.
All offers of employment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, two satisfactory references (one of which must be from your current or most recent employment) and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. People with criminal convictions will still be considered subject to a satisfactory risk assessment.
The post is subject to continuous funding.
